Jumpers that are built to look warm, to be warm and to last. These are made with 100% Australian Merino Wool. The wool is shipped to Donegal in Ireland where it is spun and dyed to produce an authentic nep yarn that has a rugged texture and stunning colour saturation.
The yarn then travels to an old Herring Warehouse on the North Sea up in the Scottish Highlands where it is knitted into jumpers. The factory has been going for 3 generations and started by a Herring fisherman who used to knit wool socks for his crew.
The jumpers are knitted with an Aran style self-pattern and are knitted on the round, in one piece and so are seam free. High quality yarn and craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail and an ethical approach to manufacturing make these pieces the very best examples of slow fashion.
