Mandalay Designs is the creative vision of Emma Strauss, an artist and designer based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of the coast, landscape, and everyday life, Emma infuses her love of colour and pattern into every piece she creates. Working closely with skilled artisans in India, she designs intricate block prints that are hand-printed onto natural fabrics such as cotton, linen, and silk. These distinctive textiles are then transformed into stylish, comfortable, and wearable women’s clothing that celebrates craftsmanship, authenticity, and the joy of artistic expression.
