Returns Policy

We want all of our customers to have a great experience when shopping with us, so we make sure to select the highest quality products to offer online.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will offer an exchange or credit voucher.

If it is an exchange, we ask you either to enclose a paid, self-addressed post bag for the exchanged item to be sent to you or we can invoice you for the postage cost.

If you choose a credit voucher instead, the amount of the credit voucher will be the value of the item less any shipping costs that we incurred for sending the item to you. No other postage costs will be refunded. When you use your credit voucher your new item/s will, once again, be sent with free shipping.

Items must be returned within 10 days to be eligible for an exchange or credit voucher. In the event of an exchange request, we will do our best, but it may depend on stock availability.  

If 30 days have passed since your purchase and you have not contacted us and returned the item/s, you will not be eligible for an exchange or credit voucher.

Items must be returned in the condition you received them, with swing tags attached and in original packaging.

Items must be returned to Berrima’s Overflow not the original manufacturer.

Please email us at hello@berrimasoverflow.com to let us know that you will be returning any item/s, and please include the receipt in your package with the item/s. 

Please use an Australia Post bag, with a tracking number when returning item/s. You will need to email us at hello@berrimasoverflow.com with the tracking number, so we know the items are on their way and can be tracked. 

Berrima’s Overflow takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is the responsibility of the customer. Berrima’s Overflow take no responsibility for items lost in transit.

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange or return on sale items, so we encourage you to choose carefully.
