Shipping policy

All standard Australian shipping is free! There is no disadvantage to shopping online or in store. However, if you need your item/s quickly, we will express post at a flat rate of $12. If the order is an exchange, then we will ask for a flat fee of $10 to be paid or for you to provide a self-addressed paid post bag.

Shipping costs to New Zealand are a flat rate of $20.

Shipping costs for all other international orders are a flat rate of $45. It is the international customer's responsibility to pay any import duties within their own country. Please check your country's government website for duty charges.

Berrima's Overflow will pack and post your order within 24 hours, pending weekends and public holidays.

Berrima's Overflow uses Australia Post when shipping orders. All orders have a tracking number so we can track delivery and receive confirmation on arrival.

Berrima’s Overflow takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is the responsibility of the customer. Berrima’s Overflow take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
