These Carousel Tunics from Orkney Hand Knits are quirky and fun. Each style is available in one size. This style is very generous - long and wide with a dropped shoulder and a very relaxed fit. This women's sweater has an incredible colour combination and wonderful attention to detail. These will last a lifetime and they don't pill. With two contrasting pockets and hems, a rolled edge at the neck, and a seam down the middle, this tunic combines practicality with style. 

This cottage industry is based around a small team of knitters who make the garments in their own homes in the Scottish Orkney Islands using a naturally dyed, raw silk and lambswool blended yarn. Each piece has to travel, by boat, to each of the three knitters to be finished. They embody slow fashion and each knitwear piece is unique and made with love.
